Boadicea the Victorious offers a sophisticated return process for items purchased directly through our online boutique, provided they remain in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns for products that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via the official contact form or email, providing your order number and the specific reason for your return.

  Verification and Authorization

  Our team will review your request to ensure the luxury seal remains intact and will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original presentation box and outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA document is included inside.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control experts verify the condition of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
